    Unhappy Questions about skinny fat

    i have been train for 11 months. I weight 147lb ,5"8 right now .

    I gain some muscle and I still got a fat belly. i know my fat % is more than 15% i should not go bulk ..

    so should i go cut the fat ? and how can i cut these fats ? thx. for answering my question.

    1. You should update your stats.
    2. "lean bulk". Cutting at your height and weight, will only leave you looking more "skinny fat". Eat in a slight caloric surplus, of at least 250 kcals or more.
    3. read the stickies.
    4. Aim for a .5-1lb increase a week.
    5. Lift heavy.
