    Is it bad to eat a lot before the gym?

    I get home from school at 3, and my lunch is at 12 and I'm usually really hungry when I get home so I eat a lot then right after I go to the gym.

    if u can train hard then no.
    if it hinders ur training because u are not feeling well/feeling stuffed then it is obviously bad.

    dnt eat right before going to gym u can throw all out eat 1 to 1.5 hr minimum before working out and its not bad to eat before workout its necessary to eat before workout to give your body fuel for the workout.

    I usually eat a semi-decent meal before the gym next to my coffee, so I guess it's not bad.
