Been lifting since January 2011 but my diet/training for the 1st 8 months was $hit and i was lazy. Ive made most of my gains throughout the past year.

I did a 4 day split of back/bi. shoulders/traps/ legs, and chest for 6 months. then layne nortons phat for a month, and for the past 3 months im doing chest/tr/abs 2x/week, back/shoulders/traps 2x/week, and legs/biceps.
So far I think i got most of my gains off of the 4 day split but the others were good. laynes routine is really intense tho lol
