Deadlifted 300x6 the other day.. idk if strong or not. 16 years old 5'5 10 moths of lifting. ~130 lbs.
► 2013 GOAL: 64 or 65 KG (~143 lbs.) @ 8%
B3AST M0DE!
Current lifting stats:
Deadlift ►~285 lbs. 3x8, 330 lbs. 1x4
Bench ►155 lbs. 3x8
Squat ►not strong enough
Military press ►110 lbs. 3x8
(Sets x Reps)

Are these stats strong enough for you bby? Strong lifts for under 140 lbs. though?

I do not believe the OP asked how long or what you guys DL, but since that seems to be the popular thing to do - I pulled 365 then 405 for reps on my first day of dead lifting at 19yo.
I'd say anything greater than 1.75xbw is pretty good.Bench Press - 225 x 41; 275 x 30
Squat - 315 x 39
Dead - 725

I'd say typically a 2.5 x bodyweight deadlift is impressive.
