To check how many pounds you need to lose to hit a bf%...found this on a thread.
so if one is 200 lbs at 15% bf you would then do 200x.15=30
and you wanted to be 195 @ 10% 195x.10=19.5
then 30-19.5 = 10.5
So at 200 you would need to lose 10.5 lbs of fat? to be 189.5 at 10%bf

I can't exactly prove or disprove what you're asking, however, in reality there is no set calculation for this. When you cut, you're gonna lose some muscle mass as well as fat, so you really can't make this sort of estimate before you start, it's more of an "as you go" kinda thing.
