Just wanted to share with you guys how much of an impact bodybuilding/ weight lifting has made in my life. 18 months ago I was 21 years old with clinical depression and life threatening drug/alcohol dependence. When I got clean and sober I decided to seriously devote myself to changing my lifestyle and gaining both confidence in myself and discipline. To, do so I began to exercise on a daily basis and strive for self improvement (both physical & mental). This mentality has stuck with me, and I'm extremely proud of what I've managed to accomplish in the past year an a half. Weightlifting has allowed me to turn my life around and I owe it a great debt. I'm 5'11 185 LBS All Natural, and loving life

so I do a six day split which I've been told is fairly unorthodox but here is a general overview of what it looks like
Day 1: Shoulders/ Biceps
Military Press or Arnold DB Press 4 x 6-8
Lateral DB raise dropset 3 x (8-10 then drop 10 pounds and push out as many more as possible)
Bent over DB flys dropset 3 x (8-10, then as many as possible)
Front DB raises dropset 3 (8-10, then as many as possible)
Barbell or DB reverse curls 3 x(8-12)
Day 2 Chest & triceps
Decline Bench 5 x (4-6)
Weighted Dips 4 x (6-10)
Flat DB flys supersetted with DB pullovers 3 x (8-12 for each no less than 10 seconds of rest inbetween)
Skullcrushers 4 x (8-12)
Wide-Grip bench 3 x (8-12)
Day 3 Legs & core
Squats 4 x (6-10)
Romanian deadlifts or barbell lunges 4 x (8-10)
standing Calf raises supersetted with seated calf raises 3 x (10-15, 10-15)
Hack Squats or Wide-Stance Leg Press 3 x (10-12)
Cable crunches supersetted with weighted leg raises 3 x (15-20, 15-20)
Decline leg raises or Weighted crunches 4 x (10-20)
Day 4 Back & Bi
weighted Wide Grip pullups 4 x (6-12)
Weighted chinups 3x (10-12)
Deadlifts 4 x (6-10)
Bent over Barbell rows 4 x (6-12)
Straight-arm pulldowns 3 x (10-15)
Day 5 Chest & core
Incline DB press supersetted with incline DB flys 4 x (6-8, 6-8)
Close grip bench press 4 x (6-10)
cable crunches or weighted hanging leg raises 4 x (15-30)
Wide-grip bench press 3 x (8-12)
Incline bench press 4 x (6-8)
Day 6- rest
Day 7 begin anew
hope this helps, and to the hater go crawl back in your hole. just because I work hard for my conditioning does not automatically make me a steroid user. No point in arguing tho, I'm content in the knowledge that my physique came solely from hard work and a strict diet.

No expert, but I find it impossible to believe that this is natural; if it is, this would be the greatest transformation of all time.
If that's the case, then well done and take it as a compliment.
But I'm not going to lie - never seen any natural transformation like that.
The only possibility is that you're a natural mesomorph, and that your drug dependence prior to your transformation had resulted in the skininess.
In that case you might have been 20lbs underweight because of, say, amphetamine, and then gained back not just your regular physique but the gains on top of that.
Who knows.
Like I say, just take it as a compliment if it's real that people think it isn't.
What did you weigh before the transformation?"You're only as old as the woman you feel."
