I started Keto this previous Wednesday, the 15th. I'm already down 4lbs. I started at 200 and want to get down 185. From Wednesday until this morning I was winging it in terms of fat/protein/carb ratios since I have had time to get the numbers exact, but i felt like i did a good job. I also exercise 3 times a week, full body workout, so i may need to adjust. I am 6'1, male, 24 years old.
Here are my numbers following the 60/35/5 ratio:
Total Cals per day: 1950
Caloric Breakdown
Fat cals: 1170
Protein cals: 683
Carb cals: 97
Grams Breakdown
Fat grams: 130g
Proteins grams: 170g
Carb grams: 25g
I think my math is correct (i'm terrible at math). I'd love your thoughts on if this looks like a solid plan to start!
EDIT: Changed things up to a 65/30/5 ratio and this calculator had me at this:
