    Finally had some to crunch some numbers to get my macros all done, look good?

    I started Keto this previous Wednesday, the 15th. I'm already down 4lbs. I started at 200 and want to get down 185. From Wednesday until this morning I was winging it in terms of fat/protein/carb ratios since I have had time to get the numbers exact, but i felt like i did a good job. I also exercise 3 times a week, full body workout, so i may need to adjust. I am 6'1, male, 24 years old.

    Here are my numbers following the 60/35/5 ratio:

    Total Cals per day: 1950

    Caloric Breakdown
    Fat cals: 1170
    Protein cals: 683
    Carb cals: 97

    Grams Breakdown
    Fat grams: 130g
    Proteins grams: 170g
    Carb grams: 25g

    I think my math is correct (i'm terrible at math). I'd love your thoughts on if this looks like a solid plan to start!

    EDIT: Changed things up to a 65/30/5 ratio and this calculator had me at this:

    ---
    24/M/6'1" | CW 200 | 20% BF | light exercise

    * 2099 kcal Goal (1699 min, 2680 max)
    * 25g Carbohydrates
    * 160g Protein (103g min, 199g max)
    * 151g Fat (107g min, 215g max)

    Depends. If you are looking for fat loss than you need to determine what your caloric maintenance is. Once you figure that out, than eat below it and you will lose weight. Wanting to gain weight, eat above it.
