I'm looking forward to a new career. This is my second go around as a trainer. I worked for a Nautilus gym in the late 70's as an instructor. We did HIT training.
I'll be starting my corrective exercise, senior fitness and Nutrition certificates over the next 6 mo. I'm also going to look into a Kinesiolgy and Anatomy classes

Probably a combination of both. Basics work but I like the progressive model the OPT is designed around. For most people who are just looking to be more functional I think it's great. For old school bodybuilding....who knows. Most who look for trainers aren't looking to get big their looking to get small and have a fuller life. But I'm looking forward to getting to train some people who just want to lift too.
It always depends on the clients needs and wants
