With a almost broken wrist, since Dips is out, i'm replacing it with Dumbbell floor press for my triceps.
Most videos and articles recommend about either palms facing each other or like supinated grip with elbows close to the body.
But I think whats missing is the motion of dumbbells. Since, I think thats causing the pain in my shoulders.
I use the weight less than what i normally bench -so thats in check
I have tried moving the weight away and towards the feet when it goes up, straight up and also bringing it back to the upper pec, lower pec.
So, how should be my ROM so that I can get away from this shoulder pain in this exercise.
