Allrighy I'm pretty confused right now .
I've done 5x5 and now I'm doing BCM from bb.com . I really want to switch back to 5x5 but i have some questions
Can you still do 5x5 and get good results without eating a crapload ? I'm not looking to bulk , i just want to get muscle.
I don't need to show muscle either , it's not like I'm looking to be extremely toned or anything .
Should i continue doing 5x5 ? Thanks guys

unless you are still a noob you will need to bulk to gain muscle. if you are a noob, you can switch the the icecreamfitness 5x5 or another intermediate program and eat at maintenance. you will slowly gain muscle and lose body fat
