    Potassium?

How can I get my potassium levels up without eating a lot of vegetables? I seriously have a problem with eating vegetables, I gag when I try to eat spinach, broccoli, etc. I don't want to overdue it on potassium caplets either. Even at 5 servings of vegetables a day and 3 caplets a day, I'm only getting around 1350 (mg) a day of potassium. Isn't that dangerously low, or have I been reading too much BS on the net? My sodium intake is nearly 4600 (mg) a day. Any help would be much appreciated. I want to keep my health while doing this.

I use lite salt (50% K, 50% NaCl) to keep my K up. When I first started this stuff I wasn't really too concerned with it, until I got woken up one night because it felt like someone was ripping my calf off. My leg was rock hard, and it was damn awful!

Also for me at least, while in ketosis my blood pressure gets pretty low despite drinking over a gallon of water per day. So really the salt hits both, and I haven't had any problems since I started using it.

    When I first started keto

I would get cramps every now and then. It seemed they were worse on my carb up for some reason...maybe depletion workout. I started taking a potassium supplement to help out

I actually purchased a bigass bottle of Potassium+ the other day from the whole food store!!
Set me back $55, but worth every penny.
1 serving = 320mg potassium, and there are 64 servings.
