Your in Bro, But remember, 4 weeks straight, NO CARB UPS TILL THEN,

Your just at the beginning, so let them fats work thru your system before throwin a wrench in the wheels, ( curb-up)

All that is happening right now, your kidneys are in panic mood.. They have to get used to fats, just like a desial engine converting to oil.. Will run and putter for a while, but after a few hours of running, it will allll get better..

So, DONT fall off the wagon right now.. Stay at 10 carbs a day.. When you hit that 2 weeks mark, you will see changes daily..

Im 5 days in or so, but dont have any sticks, but had the headache 2 days ago..

KEEP PUSHIN, and hang in there!!

Eh not really as long as you're not a diabetic.
Your body begins to be more efficient after a while, and stops dumping so much excess. The amount that you're peeing is pretty much irrelevant, it's an in/out kind of thing.

It's possible you are excreting a lot of excess ketones because you are not fully adapted yet, kinda like exhaust from a car having unburnt fuel in it. Usually, darker colors indicate dehydration. See if it lightens up in a week or two, continue hydrating well.

They are called ketostix, and they detect ketones in the urine.

Another reason I'm pretty sure I'm not dehydrated is 1.) I'm using the bathroom A LOT and 2.) my urine is clear.

Sour, you doing the stix first thing in the morning?

That's when I'd always check them (and the only time I usually don't pee clear).
