Right been thinking.... Currently I am 192lbs trying to cut. Have dropped 28 lbs in 13 weeks. My maintenence calorie intake is 2455 so I have been cutting on 2000 Calories. Currently having 200g Protein, 40-50g Fat and 160-170g Carbs.
Training 3 days a week doing 5x5 workout.
Was thinking of doing Low carb days and high carb days when I train? Say 2000 cals on high carb day, around 200g carbs and then low carb days on non training days on say 50g carbs and calorie intake around 1600-1700 where I will up my protein slightly to compensate for lower carbs.
Would this work and also retain muscle? Go away in 6 weeks and really want to drop the body fat but not wanting to do keto
