Monday- plyometrics and leg workout.
My stats are such:
40yd dash- 5.33
Vertical-18
Squat Max- 215-220
Weight-148(probably going to bring it down to about 140)
Bodyfat- i can't tell you for sure but ice measured it very incorrectly (probably) at 13% but I'm NOWHERE near my abs showing.
Plyometrics will go
Depth jumps 3x6
Shock jumps 3x5
Star jumps 3x10
Single leg rapid bounds 3x8
Dumbell jump squats 3x6 then right into 6 tuck jumps
The leg strength will go like this:
Workout:
Speed trap bar deadlifts at 60% with bands attached to the bottom. 3x6
Pistol squats with weight( probably 25lbs because my max is 30, I tried 35 but couldn't get up). 3x6
Natural glute ham raise( I find these harder than the machine ones ). All the way down and all the way back up without the push. 3x6
Dumbell Bulgarian split squat to end it 3x12 each leg
I can't squat right now because I have a lower back condition. I won't be doing them for about 3months. Then it's going to take me about another month to get the technique back again.
I'll do leg workouts and plyometrics on Monday and Thursday
I'll do upper body on tuesday and friday like ballistic pushups, pushup holds, resistance band pushups, dips and plank variations.
Wedness day off
Saturday- cardio work going out and running for 20minutes and every 4 mailboxes sprint 3.
Now keep In mind that ill be training soccer everyday for 1 hour- and a half.
I'm hoping will have these stats by August
143-144lbs but very lean and ripped

I'd like to be able to squat 280lbs.
Does this sound good overall?
