I got the instructions, anyways. NeuroSurge & BodyForge was more than enough together...can't imagine adding another stimulant.

Directions were very clear, but even if they were not, I do not understand how people just take **** without reading all of the instructions. I mean you are putting this stuff in your body; do a little research first. At least read the package/bottle.

wow you all get bent out of shape easy LOL. Yeah I took all 3 since yesterday I took neurosurge and bodyforge and didnt get anything, so today I took all 3 and really didn't feel much so dunno what to tell ya. I got a bit of an energy boost 15 minutes after taking it but that was about it.

ohh and package? samples come in plan bags that look like silver antistatic bags with address labels on them with the name of the product. no bottle or retail packaging.

I have not had the chance to really look at mine yet, but usually the sample packets have the information on them. Sorry Bro! I cannot believe you felt nothing!

It probably still isn't safe to take all three together. I wasn't really bent out of shape; I just hate when people abuse supps. They need to be used like they were intended.

i tried it as directed first, I dont jump into stuff blindly Ive taken so many pre workouts i kinda know my limits at this point. I live literally 25 miles from neogenix so i got it a few days ago already and experimented with it.

really dude? dont think 600MG of caffeine will kill me. 2 scoops of neurocore is 720MG. Hell the Cuban coffee around here has that much caffeine. Either way no need to get all bent out of shape everyone. It didnt kill me, it didnt make me freak out, and i did follow the prescribed dosages the first time i tried it. I just figured I would try out a dosage similar to another pre workout to see its effect. Didnt mean to make everyone get their panties in a bunch, was just looking to test out a local companies preworkout, not start a debate on how much caffeine you should take LOL.
