Neogenix needs 10 loggers for the new NeuroSurge 2.0!!!

    .
    NeuroSurge 2.0

NeuroSurge™ is an ultra concentrated nootropic-based athletic performance amplifier and cognition aid. It is formulated with a combination of cerebral stimulants, super antioxidants, and powerful metabolic enhancers. These help increase alertness and energy, cognitive function, strength and endurance levels, blood flow and circulation, as well as support a positive mental state.

NeuroSurge™ works by enhancing the release and uptake of neurotransmitters throughout the body. These are the chemicals nerves use to communicate with each other. When these chemical messengers are elevated in the proper sequence, a powerful physiological and psychological effect can occur.

Key neurotransmission systems supported by NeuroSurge™:

Noradrenergic System: Norepinephrine is a neurostransmitter and hormone which is responsible for the fight-or-flight response. It increases heart rate, releases energy from glucose stores, and increases blood flow to skeletal muscles which helps prepares the body to handle stressful situations.

Dopaminergic System: Dopamine plays a major role in the brain system responsible for reward-seeking behavior. It provides feelings of enjoyment that motivates a person to perform certain activities. Dopamine is also a chemical precursor to the noradrenergic system.

Cholinergic System: Acetylcholine is the primary chemical messenger of thought and memory. This excitatory neurochemical is essential for memory storage and recall, and partly responsible for concentration and focus. It also plays an important role in muscular coordination and control.

Serotonergic System: Serotonin is an inhibitory neurotransmitter that is intimately involved in emotions and mood. It is essential to maintain optimal levels of this hormone to prevent emotional disorders and depression, aggressive behavior, anxiety, hunger control problems, and insomnia.

We have 10 full tubs of Neurosurge 2.0 and are looking to pick up to 10 members to run a log!! If you want to have a shot at landing one of the top ultra concentrated preworkouts on the market here's what you need to do:

Post in this thread your short term or long term goals and how you think Neurosurge 2.0 will help you obtain these goals. The goals can be anything from hitting a new PR on deadlifts, gaining more mass, getting shredded for summer, or using it as a study aid. (Make sure you qualify and agree to log requirements before posting an application)

ALSO PLEASE POST ANY PAST LOGS/REVIEWS YOU HAVE DONE. IF YOU DO GOOD LOGS SHOW US WHY WE SHOULD PICK YOU! POST EM UP WITH YOUR APPLICATION!

Im a new member here and have not done any logs to date, but i feel that your product would help me out greatly! Im currently sitting at 222 pounds and have a pretty good gut on me. My short term goal as of now is to get down to 215 at which point i plan on getting an accurate body fat measurement and then that brings us into my long term goal which is to cut that number in half. Even though i've never done a product log before i have done personal logs im not sure if its the same deal or what but i would love for you to consider me

Hmm, no bad. Alright, I'm definitely down. I reviewed a few sample packets of Neurosurge awhile back and really liked it. Would love to log a full tub of it for you guys.

Short Term Goal: It's summer so of course the short term is to get lean. Don't have a number in mind, weight wise or body fat % wise. But when I get there, I'll know it. Following a ketogenic diet currently
Long Term Goal: Have a simple one: Get big, strong, and healthy. That means I want my deadlift to go up from 3 plates to 4 plates, and making squat a priority this summer. (Squat is kinda embarrassing right now)

How Neurosurge will help: Not anything unrealistic. But I know the nootropic ingredients will get you excited to go to the gym on days you're feeling lazy and sleepy. And it'll make sure you give 100% in the gym every time, and feel great when you leave (as opposed to beat down and even more tired). That kind of feeling makes sure you don't skip any days. All of this translates very well into results

    KSUtfx's Neurosurge 2.0 Application

    Age: 24

    Short Term Goal
I plan to cut for summer, getting down from 216ish to 210-212 in the next two months. Neurosurge will help me power through workouts even while eating under maintenance.

    Long Term Goal
Be stronger and stronger every year and remain fit and conditioned while enjoying life to the fullest! Neurosurge will help me push bigger weights for more reps, ultimately making me stronger and fitter!

    Training Experience: 1-2 Years
Used to be a runner, but started weight training a about 2 years ago, and I got serious about it 6 months in. I've had my fair share of injuries, figuring out proper form and all, but I've built a pretty soilid base over the past years with my training program.

    Current Training Schedule/Split: Wendler's 5/3/1-Periodization Bible
I am currently running Wendler's 5/3/1 Periodization Bible program with a four day split. The program has a four week cycle, and I change the accessory protocol every 2-3 cycles to keep it interesting. My typical week with regards to training is as follows:

    Su-Bench Press Day
    Mo-Deadlift Day
    Tu-Conditioning/Active Rest
    We-OHP Day
    Th-Squat Day
    Fr-Rest Day
    Sa-Conditioning/Cardio Day

    Current Diet: Leangains(ish)
I currently run Leangains intermittent fasting with an eight hour feeding window beginning at noon and ending with my postworkout meal on workout days. I typically eat 3 times a day, at noon, 4pm, and 7-8pm. From 8pm to noon the next day, I fast.

I also do a light version of carb and calorie cycling:

    Workout days:
    High carb, high protein
    At maintenance calories
1/2 of days calories post workout

    Nonworkout Days:
Moderate Fat, High Protein, Low Carbs (<100g)
    10-20% under maintenance calories
1/2 of days calories at noon(preferred)

    application!

    Name: Michael Li
    Age: 19
Weight: 175 lbs, 10% body fat

    Training Experience:
I am a division I NCAA swimmer at the University of Pennsylvania. I began competitively swimming since I was 5. During college season, we swim 3-4 hours a day, usually 10-12,000 yards a day. We lift in season 3 times a week. Starting this spring, I joined BB, looked at supplements, and began lifting using serious regiments for the first time.

    Short Term Goal:
Since it's off season for swimming right now, my summer goal is to continue my regiment of building explosive strength and size through more intense lifting, then starting in June (when I begin real summer training back in the pool (cardio!!)), begin cutting mass until I am down to my goal in-season weight of 165 by the end of the summer. However, I want to retain most of my strength gains.

    Short Term Progress:
I am very pleased with my progress so far. My in-season weight this past winter was 160. I'm now standing at 175 lbs. So far, I have increased my normal grip bench max from 150 to 185, back squat from 195 to 250, and hang clean from 115 to 150. I believe Neurosurge will be able to push me past my limits in the weight room and give me the extra focus I need to set even higher PR's for myself. The confidence I'm getting from improving has been fantastic, and I want that to continue!

    Long Term Goal:
Become stronger every year in the weight room. Learn to apply more strength in the pool to become a better athlete. Become a healthier person, and a happier person!

    Current Diet:
Swimmer's Diet...One of my recent meals consisted of: 2 turkey sandwiches, 2 PB&J's, a hamburger, a slice of pepperoni pizza, a bagel with cream cheese, a chicken breast, and 4 cups of chocolate milk. Swimmers gotta eat! I'm also supplementing my diet and workouts with the following:
    - Musclepharm Combat Powder
    - ON Creatine Monohydrate
    - B6 and B12 vitamins
    - Fish Oil

    Previous Logs: N/A
I haven't done any logs before because I'm pretty new to the whole supplement and BB world. However, I've done a lot of research and I'd like to think I have the smarts and work ethic to create a solid log.

Why I'd love to try Neurosurge:
One of the aspects that actually caught my eye and compelled me to write this application was the unique profile of Neurosurge as a preworkout. It doesn't seem comparable to stim-based preworkouts like Crazed or No Xplode, nor does it seem like pump-based preworkouts like Hemavol. I am interested in that I don't think I have seen many, if any, preworkouts use ornithine as a major ingredient, not even amino-acid based supplements. With a lower per serving dosage of caffeine, the inclusion of vitamins and the fatigue attenuating ornithine amino acid, Neurosurge also seems more flexible as a preworkout. For example, I would be nervous of taking Crazed before a 200 yard race because I might get a heart attack or something, but Neurosurge seems to be tailored for more diverse needs and people.

    Thanks for your time!

    Ravock's Neurosurge 2.0 Application

    Neurosurge 2.0 Application

Background: I've been an athlete for pretty much my entire life. I have lifting experience that goes back roughly 15 years. Currently I lift weights 5 days per week, working each body part twice every 7 days. I also train for rock climbing / alpine mountaineering 3 times a week which involves climbing outdoors and at the gym, long distance running, and steep terrain hiking. Full details of my entire workout protocol and diet will be extensively covered in my log.
    Current Weight: 176
    Height: 5'11"
    Age: 30

Short term goals: I am currently working to cut down to approximately 10% body fat while maintaining my strength.

Long term goals: Upon cutting down to 10% body fat, I wish to return to maintenance calories and devote my lifting entirely to strength and power training for athletic performance.

How I think Neurosurge 2.0 will help: I think Neurosurge 2.0 will help with my short term goal by allowing me to maintain my intensity, motivation, and endurance while at a caloric deficit. I think a lot of people fail on a cut simply due to the loss in motivation in the gym once their strength starts dropping off. Hopefully Neurosurge 2.0 can prevent that from happening.

I log a lot of hours at the gym between lifting and climbing and Neurosurge 2.0 could prove to be the X-factor in keeping the motivation and performance at a high level.

I have not done an official supplement log before, but as a Mechanical engineering graduate, I can assure you that I have exceptional experience at creating detailed scientific logbooks for all of the lab work I had to do while in school. If chosen I will apply the same attention to detail and objective reporting as I did while in school.

Why not give it a shot?

    SHORT TERM GOALS:

Getting married 10/12/13, less than 6 months away. Get lean for our wedding and honeymoon. Started in January at 220-225 lbs. Currently down to 195. Doing the "All-pro beginner routine".

Short term goal is to continue cutting to get as lean as I can by October. Hoping to get down to 170-180 range.

    LONG TERM GOALS:

To bulk back up towards 200 lbs. after our honeymoon. Final goal, 6'2", 200+ lbs, 10-12% bodyfat, where ever in that range a six pack happens.

HOW I THINK NEUROSURGE 2.0 will help:

With the way my schedule is setup, I have to workout first thing in the morning. Alarm goes off at 4:45, in the gym and ready to lift by 5:30. Motivation and focus can be an issue with me after only having been awake for a short time. I have the energy I need to get through my workouts, but sometimes (much of the time), it can be a real struggle. I got a sample package of another preworkout with a BB.com order, and enjoyed it and found it beneficial. I would like to try a few different brands, and the original NEUROSURGE seemed like a good option. Why not try and test out the latest and greatest?

I have never logged any products on this website before, but I am able to dedicate the time and energy to a quality log. I am a college-educated professional, well-spoken and very detail oriented. I think I would be a good logger for this product.

    Thank you.
