Question Meal replacement supplement help please???

Im sure many of you have answered more 20 question on food replacement supplements so i truely respect any answer giving for your time to answer. Im 22 year old, 5'6, 136 lb and this is my coming up to my first year compeleted of training, i'm having alot of difficulty in terms of getting good nutrition in my body due to poor budget, my protein intake is a joke right now, i would really appreciate a few brands of meal eeplacements that you would think would be good for me, im more aless looking for something with high protein, a good ampunt of carbs and a balanced nutrition rate along with agents to help me loss a few pounds if there is such a product out there. Also i understand weight loss in any product will never be as good as tuning my own diet up so im not exspect a miracle weight loss soluation, just something to help kick start my metabolism alittle bit more then it is, im gooing for a tuned look instead of a bulk if that helps at all, im new to supplements so like i said any help would be truely a blessing

I think your going about it wrong man. At 136lbs you should focus on gaining some weight IMO not losing it.

If money is an issue avoid meal replacement powders, much cheaper to buy food. Go with rice, oats, or potatoes, all good cheap carb sources. Buy huge family packs of chicken and stick with regular whey.

Good advice here! Meal replacements can generally get expensive.

you look like you could use a lean bulk instead of a cut at 136 in my opinion

if you are having problems eating your daily cal intake or macros we have a high calorie protein shake and a mass gainer 50 gs protein each. if you are interested in a lean bulk
