    Myprotein - Pulse v4 preworkout?

Is this stuff any good, I had a sample ages ago and didn't feel anything but I had just eaten and I heard pre workout is more effective on an empty stomach. If no good can someone direct me to a good supplementation store in the UK please with good pre workouts

I've used the pre workout before, I quite liked it, it didn't give me a rush or anything I just felt more 'fresh' and could workout longer. I also buy my supplements from Myprotein, good choice.

    It's Sh!te mate.

I'm currently running the 'Raging Pump' stack and it's working well for me - but animal rage on its own is an amazing supp -and for our lot in the UK it's only 26 quid on ebay...

    1. Don't waste your money on protein supplements.
    2. If you're looking for a "pre-workout", invest in some caffeine pills/coffee.
