height and weight...if hes prepping for a show and weights 130-160 and that BF% is temporary then why is it no possible? Doesnt mean hes laying down benching 275x12
not specific to this guy but miscers dont understand what a super strict diet can do for you.Carb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.

I'm one of the people who does because I could see myself where he is in another 2 years. (Would be 6 years lifting). He's 5'5 160ish?
