he hasnt missed a workout or cheated on his diet longer than most miscers have even been trying to lift.
he has his shiit down 100%
not to mention his posing is one of his best attributes. 2nd to finding awesome gym lighting to get naked in

Dude is no doubt strong. I think he was 181 at his PL meet and benched 330, squated 450ish and was going to pull in the mid 4's but bombed. I personally dont think anyone in the "fitness industry" is on less than a TRT dose but that's just my opinion. Regardless 95% of people could never put forth the time and dedication that matt ogus has. Cell-tech or not, that guys ability to get absolutely shredded should be respected.

There are many, many people out there that can achieve his level natty. Some people can't, fine. He's like 160 though, give me a break, that's possible natty for most people.
