Okay so I just started on my keto diet 1 week ago and recently I've noticed that my piss is bright yellow like glow in the dark yellow even.
I drink 1-2 gallons of water per day so I doubt it's because I'm dehydrated.
Anyone have any experience with this or had anything similar happen?

If you're drinking that much water, it should be clear. Do you have any burning when urinating?

What time of day was it? Mine is like that early in the morning from regular dehydration while sleeping. Also, if you've introduced any new vitamins in your diet, that could be the culprit. Other than that, I'm not sure.Originally Posted by Swenglish

Take vitamin C everyday along with Optimen Multivitamins but nothing new there. Both morning and at night so I can eliminate dehydration in the mornings.

I get this, too. I've seen doctors and have had my piss looked at several times and they didn't find anything wrong with it. It doesn't bother me anymore.

Been eating keto for 19 days now and I also have neon yellow piss, but I attributed it to the Orange Triad I started taking about a week ago.

Lmao nobody has figured it out? It's the multivitamin and apparently it's perfectly fine. Does it to me too I swear it would be glow-in-the-dark if I pissed with the lights off. In fact all vitamins do it for me.

GOAL:
For my job working with the USFS in Montana I must: be able to carry felled trees, lift boulders, ruck 70# puncheon planks, haul tools over 10 miles along with personal gear, and beat down the camp-invading brown bear. Kidding!
