calories in 100g of cow cheese?

cant seem to find calories in cow cheese anywhere.

i am talking about homemade cow cheese.

well it is just normal cheese made from cow milk , nothing added , i just want an estimate of the calories , i guess it is around 400-600 calories

no i did not, but if i did, i would have measured out the ingredients so i could easily find the calories and macro values.

I prefer to buy my cheeses.

the problem is the milk is homemade as well so i am not sure how much calories it has either

i was wondering does 100g of homemade cow milk count as whole milk (3.25% fat) , if this is the case then i can use Gxp23 advice and count the milk used to make 100g of cheese.

I'm not a cheese maker or whatever, but would it be equal to the amount of milk used to make the cheese?
If so you can probably find the macros for that milk just for an estimate.

It would probably be vastly easier if you just milked a cow or purchased milk in a store. Trying to synthesize milk at home is way too laborious and technically challenging, in my opinion.
