Maybe they were also trained in Afflliction/MMA. I typically shadowbox and shadowfight using the gym mirrors. The throwing fire thing is called "HAlycootcho", not to be attempted by anyone. It's an advanced move in Affliction training. You would know if they were offical members though, they would have been wearing "affliction" tshirts.

Wow someone actually made a good point. Very few people have the hip power, shoulder mobility or ability to not overextend the lumbar to do an American swing correctly. Almost everytime I see someone do this movement it is so far off its just rediculous. Basically a Russian swing to a delt raise.

Absolutely you could. I always tell people with chit form that I can add 10lbs to their bench in 1 training session just by correcting their form. I haven't been proven wrong yet.
Start benching the right way and you'll understand why I said its a full body lift. You think theses big guys are moving 5-6-700 lbs on just the small muscles in their chest and arms?Training log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165829701

I just started them a few weeks ago but I can hit 135 consistently. I do them more for explosiveness than anything, and less technical than the actual Oly lifts. Also help strengthing should joint imo. Sometimes I do it with the fat gripz to make it harder as well.

Whatever brah. Even the Navy SEALs aren't tough enough to train affliction most days. Hip outs and triangle chokes are nothing. I put the front desk clerk of my planet fitness gym in an armbar choke and threw him behind the counter today just to show him my alpha status without a fuk given. Affliction gives you raw power, the type of power greater than snorting a rail of Jack-3D. I could choke out a silverback gorilla and 3 pitbulls and get out of the lockjaw grip of the pitbulls without breaking a sweat. Functional fitness does that for you, and makes you a beast.
