same goes with some of the rest of u. get the fuk out of my thrad.

theres a world of difference between 100s and 110s if truly natty.

I can db Bench the 130s pretty easily for working sets of 6-7.
DB Shoulder 110 though not even once. I can do 85s with pretty good form. Feel like if I tried to go into the 100s on DB shoulder I'd snap my chit all up trying to force it with bad form.
I lifted seriously from Freshman year of highschool to freshman year of college. Took life a three year break and then have been lifting solidly again for the past two years.I have no idea why I came back

crazy world we live in huh,
my gym is pathetic, never seen a single natty press over 315 with good form. all the juicers lie about it and think they are fooling me, with my experience i could tell a natty from non natty pretty quick
i think a 315 bench is very respectable for someone assuming they are natural, if you are on juice you better be pressing over 400 or you're a ******* who juiced too early, injuries excluded

are you aware of how hard a 200kg bench is to achieve for a natty? we're talking minimum 15 years or impossible, even with decent genetics.
guys on strong as fuk compounds for years and years won't even reach near that.
a 4 plate bench by itself is a 10-15 year task natty assuming no injuries and some consistency.Never been hugged crew

never seen anyone db shoulder press more then 100s and the guy that did, was absolutely huoge, easily 6'0 260lbs 13-15%, arms alone at least 19-20in
db bench 125, is much easier to obtain, considering only took me 5months to get to 100s x 5, and stopped due to recurring wrist soreness
most ive done on shoulder press with decent form would be 70s x 5-6
edit looking at avi's of people saying they do 125s and 100s+ on shoulder, fokn lulz hard
what with people and their ego's on an online forum, if true id love to see your form while doing that workout with that amount of weight***Misc Lean Bulk Crew***

125lbs db bench aren't that unheard off, the db presses are much harder to achieve I'd recon
I usually do ~12 reps of DB Bench with 100lbs after heavy benching, could probably bang a few out with 125lbs fresh
My dad inclines 125lbs dbs for reps and he's all natty I assume, but he's benching around 400lbs thoughThe journey to 4, 6, 7

how many gyms have you guys been a member of? It sounds like a lot of you havent been exposed to a diverse amount of lifters. You guys act like 100-120dbs for military press is impossible naturally.
If I could do 100s for 2 sets of 8-10 then 110s for a set of 4-6 naturally I think theres other lifters out there that can do at as well. Funny thing is I would never touch BB military because I wasnt comfortable with 185...the things your body adjusts to and become accustomed to doing.Carb Mal-absorption, no breads, sugary snacks, rice, pasta...live off of 30-40g a day.

thats what every frauding ******* says.
there are TONNES of people that lie who aren't sponsored, what makes you different?
the fact that u posted a pic like that proves that you are egotistical and have a reason to lie, otherwise you wouldn't even care.
good luck with ur frauding goals in 2013.Never been hugged crew

125s on OH Press natty? Its going to take a while, but yes achievable, I've seen probably 1 person in my life do this who I knew was natty. The rest of the people I've seen rep 100s out, a majority are not natty. Its obvious when a guy walks around the gym year round at around 8-9% bf and weighs around 230-240 and can put up massive numbers like that, he has done at least a few cycles.
I'm natty and have gotten up to 95's for reps (solid clean reps). But my best on those is honestly 6 reps. The hardest part for me on those is getting them up past that sticking point. Currently training with a shoulder injury though (not sure what it is) and so until I heal up I'm using much lower weights for OH work.Fitness Journal:
