Do I have Bitch Tits? Area's to work on / Weak Points etc.
I've decided to start lifting regularly and will be following this schedule in hope of getting bigger. I am concerned about my chest as I don't have any Bench equipment to use at home and don't want bitch tits. Also, what areas should I work on most for mass?
I just tried with a curl bar and its damn hard to get down with the weight and to get the weight off... Is there a technique to help with this? Pillows etc?
