    Do I have Bitch Tits? Area's to work on / Weak Points etc.

    I've decided to start lifting regularly and will be following this schedule in hope of getting bigger. I am concerned about my chest as I don't have any Bench equipment to use at home and don't want bitch tits. Also, what areas should I work on most for mass?

    MONDAY / THURSDAY

    Chin ups (to failure, target - 50)
    Bent-Over Rows (3x6)
    Deadlifts (3x6)
    Push Ups (3x12)
    Crunches (5x 25)

    TUESDAY / FRIDAY

    Clean and Press (3x6)
    Lateral Raises (3x6)
    Upright Rows (3x6)
    Push Press (3x6)

    Barbell Curls (3x6)
    Seated Curls (3x6)
    Standing Triceps Extension (3x6)

    Wrist Curls / Reverse Wrist Curls (3x6)
    Crunches (5x 25)

    Help is greatly appreciated!

    if you have no bench for a bench press, simply do them on the floor, it reduces the ROM but it works...

    I just tried with a curl bar and its damn hard to get down with the weight and to get the weight off... Is there a technique to help with this? Pillows etc?
