So ive been working out for about three solid years now. Ive been making gains no doubt about that but have been struggling in the chest department. I normally hit chest like every fourth or fifth day. Would hitting chest everyother day hurt or hinder my progress in developing a big chest? my split would look like this : chest tris, back bis, chest shoulders , legs, repeat taking no rest days unless something comes up say i go out of town , or cant workout for some reason. Any advice on this is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Mark
