On day 2 going amazing mentally i feel great very alert no brain fog.
Don't want carbs sweets , mcdonalds none of that **** , my goal is to stay in ketosis for 3 weeks straight no carb ups
And no cheating just stick to the plan!
I snack on almonds all day and eat 100ml whipping cream 55g fat 2g carbs with sugar free jelly and drink diet coke when I get a sugar craving and it works !

GW brah, after cut get back on that bulk . Mini cut phases are a very good idea when bulking especially once you are above sub 15%bf.

The only thing I'll be witnessing is your extreme rebound once to you get down to your 7% BF goal (or even before then). I don't know why you're trying to get so lean, have fun with the binge rebound afterward.Originally Posted by ectoteen
