On day 2 going amazing mentally i feel great very alert no brain fog.
Don't want carbs sweets , mcdonalds none of that **** , my goal is to stay in ketosis for 3 weeks straight no carb ups
And no cheating just stick to the plan!
I snack on almonds all day and eat 100ml whipping cream 55g fat 2g carbs with sugar free jelly and drink diet coke when I get a sugar craving and it works !
