Wassup guys, I wanted to know how many of you guys could do this chest workout or how far you could get. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FuQyB4Br9Y
Also, do you guys think this would be a good workout to gain mass for chest if done like 3-4 times a week? idk why but, i feel like this is more effective than when i do weightlifts (most likely is not but, i just feel more sore).
Post how far you guys get into the workout or if u finish the whole thing. I cant get pass level 2, phase 2 as of now
