Hey guys,
Started training properly last year in september. This is when i started doing a gym routine and consentrating on diet. I bulked over christmas until 01.04.13 then started to cut. Now 7 weeks in, here is the progess so far.
All comments are welcome.
This is me a few years ago when i didnt really know much about training and diet. Quite skinny and found it hard to put on weight.

4 months into my first bulk. Did put on a little too much fat than i would have liked too, i'll keep an eye on this next time.

7 weeks of cutting. Currently being quite religious with my diet. This is the first time cutting and seems to be going quite well.
