    Rough guess of my bodyfat % anyone??

    In the word document attachment d Pics on d left was me 5 weeks ago on the right is me now. I did a calipers test and got about 10 percent but I dont know how accurate that is any help would be appreciated

    Thanks lads, would like to drop below 10%, Iv dropped 7 lbs in the last 6 weeks on a 2500 cal diet but i would like to put the weight back on with muscle once im happy with my results as I will be 2 light for my sport other wise..
