Left 5 months ago, on the right is current.
*note I'm not flexing second pic, because there was literally no difference when I flexed and didn't flex and I just felt pathetic... it's as if the muscle is just gone.
I could list a dozen reasons why I stopped lifting, got lazy and why I am here right now.... but they'd just be excuses.
There's no excuse for what I've let my self fallen into...
Here's a list of things I need to achieve this year:
1. Before December be stronger, faster, more flexible and heavier then I've ever been before.
2. Get my drivers license
3. Take my self to university
4. Workout what the PHUCK I want in my love life, things just aren't working right now.
5. Find what makes me happy, I'm not happy.
Now, I will be here for 30 minutes and then it's gym time.... time to stop being a *******.
I guess I'm calling my self out here.
