Start of september will be 3 years for me.
In my opinon, yes its good to stay consistent and lift, but some of u guys are wasting ur time if after 2 years u guys are still 160lbs.
Love guys who are consistent, but i hate seeing guys who have been lifting for 2-3 yeras that are still small, (some guys in this thread), kind of disappointing for me and for them.

I disagree really.
Most people don't know what they are doing when they first start out. I for example didn't know what I was doing during my first and half year and with that saw poor progress in that time period.
No one is wasting time if they are still 160lbs after two years. The truth is, they are actively pursuing their dreams, and you are honestly an ******* to tell them that they are wasting their time because they don't live up to some standard of "gains".~Jesus Christ Is My Savior Crew~
