    Have been lifting for a year+ or making there way there. It takes alot of commitment and effort but you guys have realized Its worth it. I Just wish for everyone to have a safe lifting career and make all the gains you can.

    Gets to the point where you cant imagine life without it. Ive gone 22 months without missing any of my planned workouts, last 6 days i have been ill and its horrible i was due a rest week though, and i guess it means i will be motivated and fresh when i get back in there.

    Normally i do but i get out of breath running up the strairs even, i dont think i would even make it through a warmup. Hopefully by next week i can get back into it though, a week off shouldnt hurt too much...

    Start of september will be 3 years for me.

    In my opinon, yes its good to stay consistent and lift, but some of u guys are wasting ur time if after 2 years u guys are still 160lbs.

    Love guys who are consistent, but i hate seeing guys who have been lifting for 2-3 yeras that are still small, (some guys in this thread), kind of disappointing for me and for them.

    Assuming ur not in a certain powerlifting class, and that ur trying to become a bodybuilder and as big as possible. 160lbs at 15-16 percent bodyfat after 2-3 years of lifting is a joke.


    No point in doing something for a year if ur going to do it wrong, is my point.

    I disagree really.

    Most people don't know what they are doing when they first start out. I for example didn't know what I was doing during my first and half year and with that saw poor progress in that time period.

    No one is wasting time if they are still 160lbs after two years. The truth is, they are actively pursuing their dreams, and you are honestly an ******* to tell them that they are wasting their time because they don't live up to some standard of "gains".

    Yea going to be 4 years in June, still small. Bodybuilding is a learning experience though. Took me a long time to really figure out how to do things properly. Learn and learn though. Going to get big this year.

    Currently about 2 months after i just cutted, so i'm not that much. Well lol for 5'9 i'm alot lol. I am around 190lbs.

    I plan to get to 225lbs in 1 year, i plan to bulk till next year till april
