IDK why he had the copypasta of the title of the study and no link for it..

the others they looked at could have been n=5, who knows
and they left out all non-human studies which I think are just as important

I limit omega 6 foods, and limit any food which gives me psoriasis outbreaks which for me is wheat and dairy. I eat a diet high in anti inflammatory foods. If you google it you can find studies that DEFINITELY link food intolerance and psoriasis. Do you have a food intolerance? Because that's what I was talking about.

as for lactose intolerance, we all have the potential to be intolerant if you quit feeding the lactase colony in your gut... it will die and then youll get gas/runs when you eat dairy with sugars

Hey man, try almond milk or even some blends of coconut milk-almond milk (not a fan of the full-fat coconut milk in coffee). Some coconut ones have dairy in them, though, so if you're waning on the dairy you should check that. Good luck with it.

Back on the topic of dairy/grains. Dairy is pretty damn horrible for you especially if you're buying locally, western pasteurization methods completely drain milk/cheese/yogurt etc. of its natural vitamins so they're added artificially afterwards. Then you have to realize that it also makes it nearly impossible for our body to break down any protein in milk so most of it just gets stored as fat or you chit it right out.
