I just started body building about one month ago. My biceps are 28cm across and i'm not that strong, how much should i be lifting as in bicep curls?

Lift heavy as you can only around 6-10 reps but with good form. Also focus on compound movements to gain mass, like bench press, deadlifts, rows, squats, overhead presses, pull-ups etc. Bicep curls is an isolation exersice and doesn't really matter what weight you curl as long as it's around the 10th rep is your failure rep with good form. Also diet is more important, eat more!
