    Calories burned landscaping?

Hey so I am 5'8, 165, and am wandering how many calories are burned every 30 minutes or hour of landscaping. I am mulching, edging, weeding, raking, ect and am working about 4hrs each session and sometimes more. I looked online and a few of the numbers conflicted so I was looking for a more accurate answer so I can track my macros better.
    Thanks

Just put active in the calculators used to find your calories and than play from there to see what suits your goals

I feel like that's not that accurate though because I feel like I am more than "active" if I am lifting 5 times a week, as well as doing over 30 hours of intense landscaping a week. But maybe im wrong.

No one will really be able to tell you. Theres really no reason to get hung up on crap like this. Pick a certain calorie goal, lets say 3500. If in two 2 weeks you gain less than a lbs, eat more calories. Thats how you figure these things out
