This guy is the real deal, the slayer of broscientists.
99.999% of the dumbass hacks with their own "nutrition channels" on youtube are merely parrots of what this man speaks. No brain, no gain.

I haven't read his book, so can only offer 3rd party critique; it's worth the money.
I suggest that in lieu of buying his book, you consider a subscription to his monthly 'newsletter.' He digs deep into current nutrition/supplement topics of interest, and reports his findings with no bias. The only thing this man is interested in is presenting the facts as they are supported by science. If you want to keep up with real bodybuilding nutrition and supplementation research, and be able to look right past all the nutrition broscience and bull**** posted in this and every other bodybuilding forum on the webz, a sub to his site will be the best $10 per month you could spend.
FWIW, I highly recommend it.No brain, no gain.
