I recently wanted to buy a new test booster, so I decided on a BB.com product and went to order 3 bottles so I would have the recommended dose for 8 weeks cycle.

I got a red error message , saying any supp with 90+ days worth cannot be purchased. I live in Canada.

So I ordered three separate bottles, three separate orders and when I ordered my 3rd bottle, I got a red error message saying my credit card has been canceled. What?!

So I talked to a BB.com rep and we agreed it might be due to BB.com programming their ordering system with Canadian customs restrictions and I was told to re-boot and clear the browser, so I did. Same error message.

The BB.com rep told me wait so long and you will be able to order that supp again. Not giving out how long because people can use this as a work around again.

Today my wife goes to use our main credit card and calls me at work, our credit card has been canceled. So now I will have to call our bank and get our credit card re-activated.

All I can think of is our bank thought my ordering the same product 3x times in a very short time period was my card being hacked and they automatically canceled it.

All this due to BB.com strictly adhering to Canadian customs, yet another US supp site has none of these issues at all and is actually a lot cheaper for shipping and even cheaper for supps.

Isn't life fun?

Maybe this is a daft question, but why dont you just buy a product from a local store or supplement business in Canada and forget all this customs crap?

I see so many people complaining about customs and shipping and this n' that... are there NO places in Canada that sell supplements you have to order them from another country and hope they make it across??

Because I've always bought from BB.com and yes, I'm a loyal customer.

I would like to buy those supps here but we are very limited compared to the US market and our prices are much higher for lower doses compared to the US.

As a last resort, I might have to switch to this other US company in the end, unfortunate, but that's the way it is.
