    From fat too...

    Hey BB,

Just wanted to keep track of my progress... I see there's a lot of supportive members here which is cool.

I'm heavier than my original join date so I have to confirm what it is.

This will be updated as much as I stick to it with training, food etc

    Let's all lose it

    Thanks

All these damn articles online... I have no real idea of how much to eat or the ratio of protein, fat and carbohydrates ..

All I'm going to do is have a 2500 calorie eating plan for now and figure out a light training schedule to get used to moving more again.

You dont really need more than 100-150grams of protein every day.

Keep up the good work bro repped.

I like to be exact.. eating 100-150 grams of protein sounds like a lot to me. I had two salmon fillets yesterday which had 20g of protein each with some potatoes.. That filled me up for about 6 hours.

Thanks for the rep too... Better to crave rep than sweets

FML! I went to the gym yesterday and after doing 5 minutes of "fast" walking I felt tired. I then did 10 minutes on the bike. about 200 calories was burned yesterday.

My legs felt like they were going to buckle under me.

Just had some pasta, eggs with some of that cottage cheese...

    Calories 885
    Protein 55.9
    Carbs 98.4
    Fat 30.3
    Saturates 8.4
    Fibre 11.3
    Sugar 4.9

    Is something like this good?

I guess the bad part is the carbs..

I am not really a expert on this, but if this is early in the day, then dont worry about the carbs. Just be sure to keep it low as possible for the rest of the day. Get atleast 1.5-2 gr protein lean mass/pounds. This will help you feel fuller and loose less muscles in your weight loss process. Also take about 1 -1.5 grams of fat per lean mass/ pounds. Fill the rest of your calories with carbs.
Btw. 1 gr of protein is about 4 calories, 1 gr of carbs is also 4 calories, and 1 gram of fat is 9 calories.
    Good luck!
