    MMA and Gaining Weight.

Hi i just started trying to gain some weight 3 weeks ago and i am on my 4th week. I am eating between 3500-3700 Calories and 185 lbs 12% body fat. I do MMA, kickboxing , or BJJ about 3-4 times a week, i switch it up between the 3. I was wondering if what i am doing to gain weight with mma is good. I don't do any other source of cardio. I really want to continue my mma training and lifting routine. Thanks

This is purely guess and check man. If you are not gaining weight with your calorie intake after a few weeks then up it another 500 cals. After a few weeks you will get the right calorie number. I did have to eat A LOT when I was doing bjj and kick boxing 5 days a week.
    Experience, not just theory

I did football, mma and powerlifted. 4000 calories (including a gallon of milk everyday) wasn't enough and all my lifts went down 10-20%. Overtraining does exist when you don't eat enough.
But mma+powerlifting+tons of food= TONS of fun
    Bench 402 (ace)/ 385 (440 in slingshot)
    Squat 600 (predators + frantz canvas) / 441lbs
    Dead lift 551 (super centurion+ predators) /578lbs
    Power Clean 100kg x 8
    Vertical 29in
