Hi i just started trying to gain some weight 3 weeks ago and i am on my 4th week. I am eating between 3500-3700 Calories and 185 lbs 12% body fat. I do MMA, kickboxing , or BJJ about 3-4 times a week, i switch it up between the 3. I was wondering if what i am doing to gain weight with mma is good. I don't do any other source of cardio. I really want to continue my mma training and lifting routine. Thanks

I did football, mma and powerlifted. 4000 calories (including a gallon of milk everyday) wasn't enough and all my lifts went down 10-20%. Overtraining does exist when you don't eat enough.
But mma+powerlifting+tons of food= TONS of funBUY MY GEAR!
Bench 402 (ace)/ 365
Squat 600 (predators + frantz canvas) / 385
Dead lift 551 (super centurion+ predators) / 507(550 with straps)
Power Clean 222
