~10 weeks into cut~

Alright guys said I would
Continue to update progress as I'm lookig not just to cut but to transform my body.

Started at a rough 5'9 208.5lbs 25%+ bf

Now summer is very close and I'm sure I will miss a good month or so still do to me still cutting as I want my beach body. But from the pictures can someone try to give an accurate guess on how many more lbs I need to lose before I have a lean enough body. I was hoping to be fairly lean around 170lbs but am prepared to cut to 160lbs.

Also can someone give me a body fat estimate? Been using those handheld bf machines and I know they are inaccurate but I have taken it for about 2 weeks at different times on full stomach/overloaded with water pre/post workout and it only varies .2-4% and gives me readings at 16%. But I think more like 17-18%

Chest was a huge focus point for me to get rid of the moobs!

Not sure how much you need to cut to be 'lean' but keep the good work man, good results!

Awesome progress congrats so far. 10 weeks is hard to do

Realistically it will be another 8 weeks to get probably where you want to go, but every week you'll look exponentially better now that ur in the teens bodyfat - wise so don't stress about it. Just keep fighting
