    Six-Pack

Hi guys! I was wondering if I should train my abs every day, or if 3 times a week was more than enough? (I'd like to have a six-pack)

You wouldn't train your chest every day would you? (Hopefully)

3 times per week is enough, yes. The six pack comes with a solid set of abdominal muscles and a bodyfat % low enough to see them.

    3 times more than enough.

Some people don't do any direct ab work and have nice abs just from compound lifts.

Im not one to give advice, but i once read in a fitness mag. That abs comes from the kitchen. Its what you eat and how you shed. Sit ups crunches etc. Just enhances the abs. You might can research a little more on it.

I train abs every other day except for my rest days. So 3 times a week is good! Sorry i wasnt much help. Good luck

I train mine almost everyday, but 3 times a week is more than satisfactory for good development.

    Ok thanks guys, really appreciate!
Yes, I know, "abs are made in the kitchen", but you still gotta train them, hence my question.
I try to eat less sugar as possible, and about 50g of fat per day, is that ok?

Personally I think you're better off bulking. If you want abs to show, you have to cut, which means limited or no muscle growth. So you'll just get skinnier. It's too late to cut for the summer anyway. I'd bulk until next year. Just my 2 cents.

The answer is: there is no answer. Some people do them every day, some don't do them at all. I do abs once a week.... sometimes not that often. My compound movements hit them, so I only do abs on a day off.
