I am curious to know. Even though it's not mentioned anywhere, but I'd like to know your experience? For me it lasts up to 12 hours since I cannot sleep on time.

Depends on the pre workout and your personal tolerance

you'd be surprised, if you are sensitive to stims, 1/2 a scoop will still work very well (depending on what product we are talking about)
I do 1/2 scoop of ErgoPUMP (175mg per scoop) and I still get plenty of energy/pump from it and best of all, I can take it at 5pm and still get to sleep at 10pm where as a full scoop has me awake until 12pm+

Just a suggestion: superpump max has around 140.g caffeine per scoop, which is on the low side by today's standards, but still provides excellent effects from good amounts of everything else. Or you could try Hemavol or body forge.

Hahahahaha ^^^^^^
I had one scoop white flood yesterday at about 5 and struggled to get to sleep last night. Usually I'm ok though and have no issues, maybe it was because I had a sample pack of Purple Wrath as well a bit before my PWO.
I tend to start to come off it after about 3 hours though I think

It is all dependent on your tolerance level to stimulants. Some handle them better than others and the effects wear off faster. It would be beneficial to look at the labels of any pre-workout you're considering and assess your purchase from there.
VPX has several pre-workouts with varying levels of stimulants, so there's something for everyone. You should check them out if you're interested.
