    No progress... Maybe?

Been cutting since march 11th started at 225lbs around 20%
    I have been eating:
    Calories:2400
    Protien:230
    Carbs:171
    Fats:81

    Supplements include:
    Multi vitamin
    Fish oil
    Amino's
    Whey protien
    Roxy lean fat burner
    ZMA

Around April 14 th ( you can see my profile) i weighed in at about 215 and 13.7% did the body pod.

Since then I've only lost 3lbs 212 in the morning however I'm seeing more definition. My 6 pack is coming in more and more everyday . I do still have a small fat pooch on my lower abdominal and lower chest. My end date for my cutting is June 1st wife and I are going on a cruise for 7 days( don't worry for all you haters I'm going to continue to eat as clean as I can on the cruise and when I get back continue cutting till my end goal of shredded )

I'm just curious if others have noticed as their body fat gets lower do they stop seeing weight loss?

I feel like muscles are getting bigger and fat is slowly going away I just wandering if there was a way to speed up the fat loss even if I sacrifice the muscle gain

Any macro/nutritional advice is welcome too

    Thanks

In all likelihood you didn't really stall and it's just water weight hanging around.

Honestly your on the right course, you shouldnt change anything. Iam glad I posted 2nd before someone else gave you some crazy weight loss plan. I would just add cardio and maybe only cut 100-200 calories from diet but thats it. Your already on the right track, dont do anything radical.

The progress you're making is great; I see no reason it should change. Don't expect quick results...the leaner you are, the longer the process takes. When you try to rush the weight loss process, that's when many people run into the issue of lower energy and/or greater percentage of muscle loss. It should be a gradual approach.
