    This is my weekly schedule

    Wednesday: Back and Shoulders
Thursday: 20 mins Cardio, Legs and Abs

    Bad routine is bad.
"There is no question that belts assist in generating a few more Newton-meters (or foot-pounds) of torque in the torso through elastic recoil of a bent orso that is stiffened with a belt. However, if a neutral spine is preserved throughout the lift this effect is minimal. In other words, to obtain the maximal effect from a belt, the lifter must lift poorly and in a way that exposed the back to a much higher risk of injury!”

You could pair up chest with shoulders and/or tris, back with biceps, then hit each twice a week along with legs.

Just use a prebuilt routine or try the Push/pull/Legs. Also do you squat on leg days??? That is essential

Two arm days? Not necessary. Props on double legs per week though.
If I went to the gym every day of the week, I'd definitely make sure I hit everything twice. Why not?

    Day 1: Legs, Shoulders
    Day 2: Chest, Tris
    Day 3: Back, Bis

Repeat that cycle. Add cardio and abs whenever you see fit.
This still gives you one day off and you're hitting every muscle group twice.

Going to gym everyday is good as long as you enjoy your routine.

What's wrong with hitting arms twice a week?

I workout everyday also, but I hit every muscle group twice a week, legs three times.
abs and calves is an everyday thing for me.

Try hitting lagging muscle groups more frequently and see how that works for you.
