Post I go to the gym everyday, but I have a question about it.

    Hello
I was wondering if going to the gym everyday is bad?
    This is my weekly schedule
    Sundays: Chest
    Mondays: Triceps and Biceps
Tuesdays: 20 mins Cardio, Legs and Abs
    Wednesday: Back and Shoulders
Thursday: 20 mins Cardio, Legs and Abs
    Friday: Triceps and Biceps
Saturday: Cardio for 20/30 Mins and Abs
I am trying to bulk up.
    Thanks

    Bad routine is bad.
"History is written about lions but is told by zebras for zebras."
These are the things  that determine whether youll make it or not.
High clavicle = Youll never make it.
High quads = Youll never make it.
Short bicep= Its unlikely youll make it but you can try
Short tricep= Harder to make it but maybe
    High calves= QUit now
High lats = youll never make it
Tis the season to get bulky.
    =never gonna make it crew=

You could pair up chest with shoulders and/or tris, back with biceps, then hit each twice a week along with legs.

Just use a prebuilt routine or try the Push/pull/Legs. Also do you squat on leg days??? That is essential

Two arm days? Not necessary. Props on double legs per week though.
If I went to the gym every day of the week, I'd definitely make sure I hit everything twice. Why not?

    Day 1: Legs, Shoulders
    Day 2: Chest, Tris
    Day 3: Back, Bis

Repeat that cycle. Add cardio and abs whenever you see fit.
This still gives you one day off and you're hitting every muscle group twice.

I workout everyday also, but I hit every muscle group twice a week, legs three times.
abs and calves is an everyday thing for me.

Try hitting lagging muscle groups more frequently and see how that works for you.
