people all say im skinny but to me theres something not right in my chest and abs area. usually i suck it in and i can see outlines of my 6 pack but thats it. the thing is my not fat but its just that those areas are still chubby. i need a good diet plan b/c i dont have anything consistent now.

so jus 4get about abs? mannnnnn i rly want them i know i can get them if i beef up the cardio. but on the other hand gettin bigger and cut is the total package. its just REALLY hard to eat right considering all the friends around me dont and i hang out with them alot. its tough man i really wanna try though

You want abs? Bulk and while doing so throw in some weighted crunches instead of your normal ab routine. Then cut down to around 8%...
The reason you don't have abs is not because of your fat, it's because those abs aren't large enough!
Everyone has a 6-pack, true. But not all are blessed with pretruding/very muscular abs that show up even with a 8-12% bf... so you got to work them heavy, the same way you would work any other muscle that you want to grow.Last edited by Jandy; 08-05-2003 at 06:25 AM.
