C4 vs. White flood

I enjoyed C4 but want to try something else maybe, what are the pros and cons of white flood vs. c4?

Haven't tried WF Reborn but compared to White Flood V.2, my money is on WF V.2.

To me white flood both works but also tastes significantly better. I think WF is the best pre-workout on the market.....

If you are feeling cautious request a sample or just buy a couple if servings worth and see for yourself. Even has their own likes, dislikes and preferences

Personally I like C4 since its got a dose of creatine nitrate in it already. If you want to have complete control of the doses of creatine Id go with White Flood. WF is easy on the budget and, in my opinion, is the best creatine free supplement. C4 has been my favorite supplement but when I cycle off of it, White Flood is my choice. C4 is kinda pricey like most pre-workouts but more bang for your buck on the 60 servings. I say both! (Also heard WF is great with green mag.)

Well since you enjoyed c4, why fix what aint broken? Sometimes you know what suits you and what works best (seeing that you stated that) so stick with it and keep riding it out.
Continue to cycle off stimulants (use for 6-8 weeks and take 2-3 weeks off) and let your adrenal glands reset for continued use.

Both are fantastic products but differ in formula (The new WF has more caffeine per serving 225 vs 130mg in C4)

C4 also has BA, Creatine Nitrates while WFR will have a bit different of a formula with added norvaline as well (aids in pump) just depends on what your looking for in your pre.

Cannot go wrong with either, both are fantastic and CL makes quality products which i use on the daily basis.

I haven't tried WF, but C4 is the first PWO I've taken that can take me from not really wanting to go to the gym, to absolutely needing to go to the gym.

Also one of the only PWO's that doesn't hide behind proprietary blends.

I was a hugeee fan of the old white flood. It was a great price and was an awesome combo with GreenMag. But then I got a sample of C4 in my white flood order and I've switched over (and highly doubt the new white flood will get me back) C4 is the ****!

Both companies will give you samples tho. Only way to know is to try out the new white flood and see what u like.
