I must have missed this post....yeah, it's essentially a sled pull. Take a rope, hook each end to a truck so you have a loop, stand inside the loop while facing the truck, lean backwards into the rope so it is around your back, grab onto the rope, dig in with your heels and walk backwards.
Not as well as it should be. Been missing too many training days then trying to get all caught up at once. I've got 2-3 more training sessions in me then I need to focus on recovery.
Tempting offer. Out of curiosity I checked shipping rates to your town and it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I can definitely hook it up for cheap (PL fam discount).
Yeah, I already discussed it with him via PM. I'm making his handles for $90 shipped. I got the metal cut today, I'll be welding and painting it tomorrow. Will post pics once they are done.

getting stuff ready for first carbnite tomorrow. hnnnggg so ready. got a couple bananas, some dextrose (even though it isn't specifically covered in the CNS book), and white rice ready. will then be going to a casino for some gambling and of course the buffet for as much food as i can possibly stand (don't care if my family judges me haha). then a few sensible drinks and more dessert probably.
going to be pulling tomorrow... might try for another PR (over 575) we are going to the casino at 6, so i'm gonna have to train around 1 in order to be able to eat all that food in time
actual birthday was today, went and got my temporary paper ID (regular one is coming in the mail), and felt like i couldn't let the day pass without buying alcohol so bought a mini bottle of pinnacle cake (since i won't be having a real birthday cake.. figured would have enough at the buffet lol)
anyway, now i'm just blabbing. cya fam. hope everyone had a good day... week is coming close to ending! keep ur head up and train heavy and hard.

I don't know why you would waste your carbs on dextrose if you're doing carb nite... seriously why not just have real food? I would have fruits, pasta, oats, rice, and ice cream.

thanks m an, yeah i've been here for a long time but dont' have a lot to show for it. never been as committed as I am now though, so it's all looking up from here.
