Anyone in here have experience with Articular Cartilage damage in the knee? Going to be seeing a PT soon, but was seeing if anyone had some advice to help.

I also hit a 355 bench tonight, which was a 1lb PR. Good to know I didn't lose any pressing strength after Smolov Jr despite losing 9lbs since then (2 months ago).
